Welcome to Leeed-AI. By using our website, API, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree to use Leeed-AI only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or fraudulent communications.
• Violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to telephone consumer protection laws (e.g., POPIA in South Africa, GDPR in the EU, TCPA in the US).
• Violate the terms and policies of third-party platforms we integrate with, including WhatsApp and Meta.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals before using the Service to send them communications.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leeed-AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including lost leads or lost business opportunities), whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any failure of a message to be delivered due to carrier restrictions, third-party API downtime, or other technical issues.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

5. Changes to the Service and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon notice from us.
